How to register yourself on Property Tax Dues Payment and No Dues Certificate Management System (NDC) Portal?

Visit the portal https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/. To register yourself on the Property Tax Dues Payment and No Dues Certificate Management System (NDC) portal, click on 'New Registration' button -> Fill the mandatory details like:

  1. Full Name
  2. Father's / Husband's name
  3. 10 digit own mobile number

Click on 'Register' -> 6 digit password (OTP) generated and sent to the registered mobile number -> Enter the OTP -> Click on "Verify OTP and Submit".

Registration is successful and the portal can be accessed after login.

How can I clear all my dues (property and fire tax, development charges and garbage collection charges) on the portal?

Login -> https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/. Under the tab 'Make Payment/Generate NDC', enter the property ID and select 'Search' -> 'Pay all dues and generate NDC' -> Verify property details -> 'Make Online Payment' -> Send to Click on Enter OTP. Registered mobile number -> View list of pending dues -> Make full payment -> All dues paid -> NDC generated

Can I pay property tax dues (including fire tax) or garbage collection charges on the portal?

If the payment is for only property tax (including fire tax) or only garbage collection charges, click on the respective button as shown in the image below and proceed to make the payment.

How to generate No Dues Certificate (NDC) from the portal?

Find PID -> Pay all dues and generate NDC -> Click on 'Print NDC Receipt' to view and print the No Dues Certificate.

Alternatively, it can also be generated by entering the transaction number and mobile number under the 'Download NDC/Receipts' tab and clicking on 'Search'. Click on 'Action' on the left to view and download the NDC.

Note: Manual application is not required to obtain No Dues Certificate.
